CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Little Falls Board will examine at a public meeting the application of Brian and Kristin Betts for a change of zoning district from General Agriculture to Rural Residential for a parcel located at 4139 Badger Rd, Sparta, WI, 1.52 acres. The meeting will take place on Tuesday October 14, 2025 at 6 p.m at the Town of Little Falls Town Hall, located at 4124 County Hwy I, Sparta.  Any person may appear to give testimony for or against this matter.
